Born in 1994,
in Mexico City, Monica Guevara is completing her 2nd year as a medicine student. She
has been studying in UNAM since 2009. During
her studies Monica took a course in Histopathology and discovered that science
was her passion.
One of her goals is to become a successful doctor who really worries
about people’s health and not only for her personal benefit.
In the last
year, she’s been working on a statistical study to detect childhood obesity due
to the increase of this disease, looking for a way to promote more conscious
in parents.
When it’s
about fun, music and movies are her favorite words. Monica really loves going to the cinema.
